Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher

At Kent Island Resort, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchens and surrounding areas.

• Support the restaurant Chef in dish washing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchens and surrounding areas.
• Promote and portray the VIVÃ,MEE Values, including JOY, HUMILITY, and MINISTRY.
• Know, understand, and adhere to company established policies and procedures.
• Wash dishes, pots, and small wares in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
• Properly store and handle glassware, china, and silverware to prevent breakage.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas.
• Remove trash in kitchen and outside areas and place in appropriate containers as specified by Company policy and procedures.
• Assist the kitchen Chef in the preparation of food when asked.
• Assist the Chef in receiving deliveries of food and food-related products.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Report any misuse or breakage of glassware and china, etc.
