Create personalized treatment plans for patients and work directly with them in implementing their care plan, utilizing a detailed clinical protocol. Collaborate with other providers to ensure access to necessary care, reviewing patient progress and health coach managed cases.

Education Requirements:
A Physician Assistant degree is required, specializing in Dermatology.

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in family medicine, neurology, internal medicine, or primary care, with excellent communication skills and ability to manage patient relationships remotely. Active license(s) and willingness to secure additional state licenses.

Additional Requirements:
Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months, Measles, Mumps and Rubella immunity, Varicella vaccination, Hep B3 Series, Influenza, and COVID Vaccine requirements apply.
