Daily Responsibilities

  • Delivering personalized care, which includes:
    • Assisting with bathing and grooming
    • Providing oral hygiene
    • Changing bed linens
    • Helping patients dress and undress
    • Ensuring skin care to prevent breakdown
    • Supporting toileting needs
    • Maintaining a clean and organized living space
    • Planning and preparing healthy meals
    • Assisting with feeding when necessary
    • Collaborating with nursing staff to follow the personalized care plan
  • Facilitating mobility and exercise as outlined in the care plan.
  • Managing laundry tasks as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Valid state certification (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 1 year of certified nursing experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions and document care provided
  • Current CPR certification is required
  • Exhibits patience, tact, and maintains personal hygiene
