POSITION OVERVIEW: Safeguards community assets from fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Aids staff in fulfilling the needs of residents as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, standards, and protocols associated with employment at Westminster Communities of Florida and its facilities.
  • Promotes and embodies Exceptional Service while honoring the organization's mission.
  • Expected to act and respond in a professional manner at all times.
  • Assists in security responsibilities by executing assigned tasks under the guidance of the Maintenance Director.
  • Regularly performs security duties, operating within the appropriate scope of practice for a Security Officer.
  • Completes additional related tasks as directed by the supervisor.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience: One to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
