We are currently seeking a Residential Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing essential support and supervision to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the well-being and safety of residents.
  • Verify resident counts received from previous staff before taking over responsibilities.
  • Ensure consistent shift coverage until the next team member is in place.
  • Monitor the status and whereabouts of assigned residents.
  • Accurately document all necessary information in daily logs before the end of the shift.
  • Conduct testing on residents following home visits or as required.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is preferred, or actively pursuing the degree with proof of enrollment.
  • A High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of six months of experience working with children.
  • Must enroll in and successfully complete the required training and Certification Program for professional development.
