Essential Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of PCI DSS is mandatory.
- Advanced technical reading and comprehension skills are essential.
- Experience in conducting PCI Validation Assessments is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Information Technology or Cybersecurity is necessary.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and HIPAA is beneficial.
- Proven experience in performing audits, leading control assessments, and documenting findings is essential.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing a thorough understanding of the organization's audit and compliance initiatives (e.g., PCI, CCPA/CPRA).
- Acting as the primary expert for the PCI program.
- Working with cross-functional teams to oversee and uphold security controls, ensuring adherence to security and organizational standards.
- Creating remediation strategies in collaboration with responsible parties and tracking their completion.
- Leading scoping efforts, managing documentation requests, conducting walkthroughs, and executing other audit-related tasks.
- Collaborating with control owners to enhance controls for systems within scope.
- Effectively communicating compliance status, timelines, risks, and remediation efforts to key stakeholders.
- Conducting research to stay updated on GRC knowledge, Information Security, and PCI DSS developments.
- Serving as a compliance liaison among business, technology, and legal teams.
- Engaging in third-party risk management activities.
- Conducting targeted risk assessments.
- Assisting in the design and delivery of training programs in compliance areas.
- Coordinating new solution designs across technology departments to align with business and compliance needs.
- Maintaining professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.
- Leading GRC projects, guiding team members, and mentoring junior staff.
- Overseeing vulnerability management and risk mitigation efforts.
- Facilitating meetings and discussions.
- Identifying gaps and researching third-party tools for continuous improvement.
- Reviewing and enhancing policies, procedures, and standards.
- Acting as the Software Administrator for compliance platforms.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
