Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Security Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Security organization, you will play a critical role in protecting our company's assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Evaluation and Analysis: Conduct thorough technical evaluations and analyses to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Security Posture Improvement: Support activities, processes, and tools needed to improve our overall security posture and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Security Concept Application: Apply security concepts, review information, execute defined tasks, analyze requirements, review logs, and create documentation to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Investigation and Data Loss Prevention: Investigate and prevent data loss, manipulation, and unauthorized access to sensitive information.
  • Risk and Vulnerability Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Security Awareness and Training: Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs to educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a security-related field, with a strong background in security analysis, risk management, and compliance.
  • Certifications: Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Information Security Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of security concepts, technologies, and best practices to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Risk Management: Strong risk management skills to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.
