Job Summary:

The Pantry Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing the set-up and management of the Suites Pantry during all events. This role reports directly to the Suites Manager and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pantry Maintenance: Ensure the Pantry is clean, well-stocked, and organized, including re-stocking of products and maintaining inventory records.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of equipment, small wares, disposables, and high-volume inventory of beverages.
  • Event Support: Supervise suites runners during set-up and break-down of events, coordinate the movement of food, beverages, and equipment, and oversee general cleaning tasks.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Suites Management and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks.
  • Availability: Must be available to work all event days and flexible schedule to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
