Software Engineer Role at Simplify Compliance

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Simplify Compliance. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level web applications using PHP (Laravel) and React/NextJS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable and high-performance web-based solutions
  • Work on all aspects of software development, including user interface development, object-oriented coding, unit and integration testing, and troubleshooting software problems
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify future needs and develop strategies for overall scope, implementation of features, and system documentation

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of web technologies, including PHP/Laravel and React/NextJS
  • Understand projects from the perspective of both client and business
  • Flexible and willing to accept changes in priorities as necessary
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in written documents
