About the Opportunity

Froedtert South, a comprehensive regional healthcare system, is seeking an experienced Inpatient Registered Nurse to join our team in Pleasant Prairie/Kenosha, WI area.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary range of $33-$51.50/hour, with opportunities for overtime pay and shift differentials. Job Responsibilities
  • Care for patients with complex medical needs, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Demonstrate competency in clinical skills and techniques, adhering to established standards and practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve positive patient outcomes within established timeframes.
  • Administer medications, IVs, and treatments safely and accurately, according to policy and procedure.
Requirements
  • Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing required.
  • Current BLS and/or CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire.
  • Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin and/or Illinois based on job location assignment.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, hear, and comprehend English language.
  • Physical, technical, and cognitive ability to use patient care equipment.
