We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at The Arora Group. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU).
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring ventilator support, vasopressors, and invasive monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Perform minor procedures within your scope of practice and maintain proficiency with advanced treatment modalities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient-centered care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, including pre and post-operative care.
- Master of Science (MSN) with completion of Nurse Practitioner Program (NPP).
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse.
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in medical and surgical applications.
- Competitive pay.
- 10 days paid time off per year plus 7 sick days per year.
- 11 paid Federal holidays.
