Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate a comprehensive 1-to-5-year capital investment strategy in collaboration with departments such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and Finance.
- Direct capital projects aimed at enhancing automation, safety, quality, cost efficiency, production effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Offer engineering leadership in automation and production design, fostering a culture of creativity and proactive problem-solving.
- Coordinate multi-million-dollar capital projects in partnership with Corporate Engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in engineering or manufacturing sectors, including Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Petroleum, Automotive, or Commercial Construction.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and budget management for large-scale projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior-level innovation team.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies is essential.
