As a Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding test plans for new products, verifying scripts from the software development team, and improving test plans and scripts to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test plans for new products
  • Collaborate with the software development team to verify scripts and provide green lights for deployments
  • Improve test plans and scripts to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain reporting tools and websites from test databases
  • Provide technical direction to the testing engineering team and lead globally on test escalated issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the server, rack, storage, or GPU industry
  • Experience with SMT is required
  • Knowledge of programming and databases (Python and MySQL are required, PHP is preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles of continuous improvement
  • Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis
