About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor IV on our 5 East Oncology Unit, you will play a vital role in leading our team of nurses and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for providing education, training, and oversight to assigned nursing staff, as well as conducting regular evaluations to assess patient progress and revising treatment plans as needed. Your leadership skills, clinical expertise, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Ensure that all nursing staff members are educated, trained, and equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to nursing staff to support their growth and development.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher

- Current NC RN licensure and BCLS certification

- Minimum two years experience working as a licensed RN in a similar setting

- Professional certification relevant to the practice area (ANCC Magnet approved list within the probationary period)

Estimated Salary: $52,411 per annum (based on location and experience)
