Responsibilities- Provide direct care to patients in the PCU, including assessing their conditions, implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating their responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to medical protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure all clinical documentation is completed and updated.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
Estimated salary range for this position is $80-$120 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
