Job Summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, compassionate, and personalized care for our diverse student population in a school and primary care clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential and confidential care to students ages 12-21
  • Float to primary care clinics when school is not in session to provide same-day access to a diverse patient population
  • Work full-time, 40 hours per week, with time split between the Teen Health Centers and Primary Care clinics, occasional evenings and weekends as assigned
  • Collaborate with a collegial team-based care environment
  • Enjoy a competitive salary and benefit package, with Nurse Practitioner coverage by the MNA Union
Requirements
  • Master's degree prepared, professionally licensed in Massachusetts, and two years of clinical experience as an APRN/PA
  • Experience with adolescents preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support 'C' certification required
  • Bilingual skills desired but not required
