Descripción: Como Representante de Atención al Cliente Asociado, serás una parte fundamental de nuestro equipo, brindando un servicio excepcional a nuestros clientes. Tu rol incluirá:
- Registrar con precisión los pedidos de productos y servicios de los clientes.
- Comunicarte de manera efectiva con los clientes para entender su situación general.
- Identificar correctamente el tipo, cantidad y fecha requerida de los productos solicitados.
- Colaborar con el departamento de envíos para cumplir con los requisitos específicos de los clientes.
- Resolver problemas relacionados con productos no conformes.
- Realizar cotizaciones precisas utilizando información de precios estándar y acuerdos específicos.
- Calcular los precios totales y las cantidades relacionadas con los pedidos de venta.
- Verificar la información necesaria relacionada con el inventario.
- Trabajar junto al equipo de fabricación para acelerar los pedidos y satisfacer la demanda del cliente.
- Mantener y actualizar la información del cliente y el estado de los pedidos con precisión.
- Asegurar la exactitud de todos los pedidos de venta.
- Proporcionar la información necesaria para el envío de productos.
- Colaborar con representantes de ventas y marketing para desarrollar planes de servicio al cliente.
Requisitos:
- Diploma de secundaria o GED.
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente corporativo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar con precisión.
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel, Word y Outlook.
- Capacidad para utilizar una computadora portátil de manera continua.
