Pediatric Nurse Specialist

As a Pediatric Home Health RN with Sentido Health, you will provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with families, making a meaningful impact on their loved ones' health and well-being. Our ideal candidate is a licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience working with pediatric patients and strong communication skills.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in identifying patient's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
- Participate in planning and implementing care in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide effective communication to the patient, family, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
Sentido Health is a pediatric home health solutions company dedicated to providing individualized care to our patients. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid weekly, PTO, and 401K match.
