Front End Supervisor
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train cashiers, front-end loaders, checkers, and U-boat retrieval staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.


Essential Functions
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate cashiers, front-end loaders, checkers, and U-boat retrieval staff.
  • Ensure friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with established sales and security policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product location and detailed information when needed.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to include lunch and vacation.
  • Perform cashier "check-outs" and operate register when needed.
  • Perform supervisor functions of voids and returns, price adjustments, IOUs (F-6) vs. invoicing, and cancels transactions.
  • Assist checkers in comparing customer receipts to items on cart to avoid losses.
  • Efficiently use industry-specific software to resolve customer inquiries, price checks, inventory queries, and price discrepancies.

Work Schedule

Shift start: 6:30AM or 9:00AM or 10:00AM
Shift length: 9 hours
5 days/week, must be available any day
