Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the TownePlace Suites in Hays, KS.

About the Role

This is a key position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast area, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen for operation on time and efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area, dining room, and kitchen throughout the day.
  • Perform daily cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor, including weekly and monthly tasks.
  • Ensure accurate food delivery while maintaining inventory management and labeling procedures.
  • Record temperature logs, food logs, and other relevant documentation as required.
  • Provide excellent guest service, responding to requests and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
  • The ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Physical stamina to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Required certifications, such as TIPS, ServSafe, and health department approvals.
