Work Schedule

1st Shift: 6AM-2PM, 2nd Shift: 2PM-10PM, 3rd Shift: 10PM-6AM

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret job tickets to guarantee production aligns with specifications.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks following established protocols to maintain high production standards.
  • Monitor printer performance and speed, making necessary adjustments to meet or exceed production targets.
  • Contribute to workflow and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Maintain organization across multiple projects, effectively prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Observe machinery during operation and implement adjustments as required.
  • Develop practical solutions for production challenges during troubleshooting.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage printer maintenance and inventory supplies as necessary.
  • Exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and pride in work.
  • Operate in a safe and efficient manner, complying with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of equipment and work areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
  • Proficient in setting up and operating various roll to roll printers, including UV, Latex, and Dye-sublimation; experience with EFI/VuTek is preferred.
  • Familiarity with current RIP software such as Colorgate or Caldera.
  • Knowledge of large format printers (both roll and flatbed), roll laminators, and two-axis digital cutters.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality output.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of multitasking, remaining organized, and managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, assertiveness, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and make continuous adjustments to ensure top-quality products.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is advantageous.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in the digital printing industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation Details

The base compensation for this full-time role is $25.00/hour, in addition to benefits. Compensation ranges are influenced by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The displayed pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Actual individual compensation is determined by factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
