As a Senior Compiler Architect at IntelliPro Group, you will lead the design and implementation of compiler technologies for our DSA platform. This role requires a strong understanding of computer architecture, compiler implementation, and optimizations. You will work closely with our engineering team to drive the development of our compiler infrastructure, ensuring high-performance and scalability. Additionally, you will participate in defining the future generations of accelerators and contribute to the growth of our company's talent acquisition and HR solutions.



Requirements:

MS/PhD degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in compiler implementation and optimizations
Solid understanding of computer architecture and strong experience in hardware-software co-design
Extensive hands-on experience in LLVM/MLIR/TVM compiler infrastructure
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work with multi-region teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Good knowledge of domain-specific languages, especially for heterogeneous programming
Deep understanding of AI frameworks and models, especially LLMs
Knowledge of RISC-V architecture and vector extensions
Proven track record of open-source project design and development
