As a Clinical Nurse Manager RN III, you will work closely with physicians, patients, and families to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing staff members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Three years clinical nursing experience with demonstration of progressive leadership skills
  • One year in specialty preferred

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
