On-Site Clinic Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated On-Site Clinic Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities of our clinic staff and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Oversee the planning and coordination of daily activities, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch patient care.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify top talent through interviews, conduct comprehensive orientation and training for clinic technicians and administrative staff.
- Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with physicians, mid-level practitioners, and department personnel to evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Compliance Management: Uphold OSHA regulations and participate in implementing educational initiatives alongside CAREonsite's corporate management team.
- Clinic Operations: Monitor department workload, track staff productivity, and provide insights for future resource planning.
Requirements:
- Current TX PA or NP license
- Current DEA license
- Profound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures acquired through a health care degree/license
- Three to five years of clinical and administrative experience
- Current Basic Life Support Card (CPR/AED) from the American Heart Association
- Thrives in both independent and team-oriented environments, embracing the fast-paced nature of healthcare
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, making every patient interaction memorable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Tech-savvy and proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications
- Superb interpersonal and analytical skills, empowering you to manage, motivate, and guide your team to success.
