Job Summary:

WIN Waste Innovations is a leading waste management company dedicated to delivering essential waste management solutions to customers and communities. We are seeking a skilled C Level Diesel Mechanic to join our team, responsible for repairing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance services to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles to identify potential issues.
  • Respond to service calls and complete repairs identified on Vehicle Condition Reports.
  • Assist Lead Mechanics as needed and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards.
  • Complete paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounts for applied times.

Requirements:
  • Equivalent of (1) high school diploma or G.E.D. certification.
  • Valid driver license.

Physical Requirements:
  • Handle tools, equipment, and fine motor skills.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet.
  • Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
