Job Summary

The Director of Title III is responsible for developing and implementing programs to support student success in developmental-level and gateway courses. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to ensure compliance with federal and institutional guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic planning and development for institutional progress in collaboration with other departments and external agencies.
  • Coordinate evaluation of all Title III activities and monitor progress of grant activities, including site visits and consultation with Activity Directors.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and budgetary guidelines in compliance with federal and University guidelines.
  • Serve as liaison for the University and U.S. Department of Education.
  • Provide assistance to the President for priority programming and development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Educational Requirements
Master's degree in Business or related field.

Required Experience
5 years of experience in grant-funded programs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ABILITIES
Ability to develop compliance-related proposals, progress reports, policies, and correspondence.
Ability to demonstrate sound fiscal management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of federal, state, and institutional policies and regulations.
Knowledge of institutional academic and non-academic priorities.
Knowledge of current technology and business management tools, including institutional budget and procurement processes.

SKILLS
Skilled in excellent customer service delivery.
Skilled in effective communication, orally and written, including public speaking.
