Job Summary:
As a Clinical Supervisor at Sierra Health and Wellness Centers, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients. This position involves overseeing the clinical operations of our facility, providing guidance and support to our staff, and collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

In addition to your technical expertise and leadership abilities, we seek candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, while also being able to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the clinical operations of the facility, including planning, organizing, and directing the work of assigned staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that clients receive the highest quality care possible, through regular monitoring and evaluation of their progress.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote efficient and effective service delivery.
