About the Role

The Organizational Development and HR Manager at Turning Point Community Programs is responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting various studies, including large and highly sensitive organizational and classification studies. This individual will analyze and restructure job series to establish new methods for career development and prepare or revise class specifications. They will also provide advice and support to operating departments in performance, discipline, and other employee relations matters.

This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in human resources administration, research methods, and data analysis techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational development, talent management, and change management.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
