We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Estimator to join our team at TPI Staffing, Inc. This position is based in an office environment and focuses on project estimation for a roofing company.
Location:
The Woodlands, Texas
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (In-office, no fieldwork required)
Compensation:
Salary range of $50,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in project estimation within the roofing or construction industry.
- Proficiency in take-off processes and handling Requests for Information (RFIs).
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Input project details into our CRM system based on plan sets and specifications.
- Conduct on-screen takeoffs utilizing the provided plan sets.
- Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret plan sets effectively.
- Utilize takeoff software and AutoCAD for project assessments.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
