Veterans Care Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- * Leading the provision of nursing care to patients with complex care needs utilizing the nursing process in alignment with the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
- * Contributing to the development of care delivery models and environmental design, ensuring evidence-based, accessible, affordable, and equitable patient care
- * Maintaining knowledge and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, Directives, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- * Contribute professional nursing perspective in discussions with the interdisciplinary team
- * Support colleagues through knowledge sharing to provide safe, quality nursing care
- * Improve Veteran/patient driven care by resolving experience issues such as coordination of care, timeliness or process issues, common themes of dissatisfaction, or environment of care concerns for the immediate practice setting
- * Serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, improving outcomes for the immediate practice setting
- * Serve as a resource for patients, caregivers, and staff to address and resolve ethical issues in the immediate practice setting
Salary: $95,521 - $159,246 per year
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
Location: Aurora, CO
