Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience:
    • A minimum of 10 years in electronic manufacturing services, with at least 5 years focused on new product introductions.
    • In-depth knowledge of SMT manufacturing and printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) processes.
    • Experience in client-facing roles is essential.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
    • Experience with PCB design and CAD tools (Valor, Cadence, Cam 350, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
    • Lean/Six Sigma expertise; Black Belt certification is preferred.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
    • Experience in regulated sectors (aerospace, defense, medical devices) is advantageous.

Language and Mathematical Proficiency:

  • Ability to read and write in English, perform basic mathematical calculations, and comprehend instructions.

Work Environment:

  • Well-maintained, quiet, and adequately lit workspace with necessary Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E) as required.
