Position Summary

The Logistics Transport Specialist will be responsible for the timely distribution of products and materials to our clients and partners. This role requires a professional demeanor to enhance our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport products between Trulieve facilities and various locations across the state, working flexible hours with varying shifts.
  • Load and unload vehicles at destinations; prepare transportation manifests and secure necessary signatures in compliance with regulations.
  • Adhere to designated routes and schedules.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients regarding arrival times and updates.
  • Inspect, prepare, and operate delivery vehicles.
  • Solicit feedback on services provided and address client concerns.
  • Complete necessary logs and reports.
  • Comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Driver in commercial delivery.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no violations).
  • CDL license is highly preferred.
  • Must possess complete availability for last-minute long-distance trips.
  • Experience operating commercial box trucks and refrigeration systems.
  • Ability to drive in various weather and traffic conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage professionally with clients and the public.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements
  • Florida Driver's License or the ability to obtain one.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Compliance with all legal and company regulations for the cannabis industry.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 50 lbs to a height of 5 feet and carry it a distance of 50 feet, with or without assistance.
  • Capability to work in various positions for extended periods, including standing and sitting.
  • Must be able to handle organic materials daily and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Visual acuity for tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts.
  • Effective verbal communication skills in moderate noise environments.
Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 40+ hours weekly, with flexible hours based on departmental needs. Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

Compensation will be based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, is offered. This role will also be available for after-hours support in emergency situations.
