Alliance for Wellness, a well-established physician-founded and physician-led psychiatric group, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our team in San Bernardino County, CA.
Responsibilities- Provide in-patient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
- Collaborate with the hospital EMR to provide efficient patient care.
- Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.
- Manage all aspects of Psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc.
- Support Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA.
- First in-person psychiatrist with telehealth back-up.
- Opportunity to do outpatient work with our nearby partner clinics through in-person or telehealth.
- Hybrid Monday to Friday and at least 1 weekend a month.
- At least 2 to 3 days of In-Person needed for initial evaluations and overseeing of Nurse Practitioners.
- And 2 half days each week to support Outpatient Clinic or Workers comp through telehealth.
- Clinical autonomy with excellent support.
- Paid occurrence-based malpractice coverage.
- Flexible Schedules.
- Collaborative team approach to patient care.
Can be employed as 1099 Independent Contractor or W2. Full Benefits for W2 Employed (Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K).
