Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects, with a strong emphasis on luxury remodeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership and Oversight
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations for project managers, ensuring adherence to best practices, company procedures, and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Utilize and improve the current systems, document and implement standardized procedures to streamline the project management processes and enhance productivity. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project managers, superintendents, and foremen.
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear and timely communication with clients, effectively handling all cost and schedule changes or issues. Ensure this standard is upheld both for projects you actively manage and for those overseen by other project managers to ensure 100% collections and foster repeat business.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, driving initiatives to enhance overall project profitability. Conduct regular audits and inspections, and collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and consistent billing and collections.
  • Project Management
    • Direct and lead all phases of luxury remodeling projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and proactively identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive project progress reports to senior management, accurately report all production financials in conjunction with the finance department and ensure consistent and accurate billing practices.
  • Qualifications
    • Over 10 years of experience in managing high-end residential construction projects, with a strong focus on luxury remodeling.
    • Demonstrated success in managing multiple high-profile projects concurrently.
    • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor and guide teams.
    • Proficiency in project management software such as Buildertrend.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is a benefit.
    • Extensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
