Position Overview

The Youth Ministry Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the student ministry at Victory World Church, Inc. This position encompasses a range of administrative, planning, and communication tasks essential for the smooth operation of the ministry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide creative and logistical assistance to the Student Ministries.
  • Event Coordination: Organize activities related to the church calendar, including building maintenance, events, security, marketing, and childcare for special events.
  • Volunteer Management: Process volunteer applications, conduct background checks, and facilitate onboarding procedures.
  • Reporting: Generate volunteer information reports as requested by church leadership.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain ministry and volunteer records using the church management software.
  • Guest Follow-Up: Facilitate communication with first-time guests to ensure a welcoming experience.
  • Meeting Support: Assist in planning and executing ministry meetings and related activities.
  • Event Oversight: Manage the administrative aspects of ministry events, retreats, and leadership meetings.
  • Setup Assistance: Provide support for the setup of ministry events and activities.
  • Volunteer Scheduling: Schedule volunteers for events and services using Planning Center Online or other systems as necessary.
  • Mentorship Program: Support the mentorship program as needed.
  • Calendar Management: Oversee ministry calendars, event bookings, and communicator schedules.
  • Communication: Maintain communication with administrative assistants across all Victory campuses.
  • Flexible Availability: Must have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings.
  • Additional Duties: Serve in related areas as required.
