Staff Today Inc is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to work in an administrative role at our facility in Troy, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Nursing clinical operations on a continuous basis and providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Nursing clinical operations of the facility
  • Provide patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations
  • Work independently or as part of a treatment team
  • Perform tasks such as educating patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments
  • Conduct physicals, order tests, and serve as a patient's primary healthcare provider

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
  • Up-to-date credentials in the state of VA
