Job Title: Human Resources Information System Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced HRIS specialist to join our team at Venteon. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure it effectively supports our HR operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Oversee the daily operation of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and system performance.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the HRIS to meet the evolving needs of the organization, including workflow automation, reporting, and data integration.
  • User Support and Training: Provide expert support to HR team members and other stakeholders, troubleshooting system issues and conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards, providing insights and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes through better use of the HRIS, implementing best practices and new functionalities.
  • Project Management: Lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other business systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HRIS management and optimization.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
