RN Residency New Graduate Nurse Med Surg Pedi and Adults

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Residency Program for New Graduates. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient care, including observation and documentation of patient healthcare needs.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicating changes in patient conditions as necessary.
- Participate in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and enhanced clinical judgment.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required.
