Join us as a Research Data Management Consultant at Harvard Medical School's IT Research Computing group As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting researchers to better manage, organize, and share data throughout the research lifecycle. In this role, you will lead research data management consultations with HMS researchers, faculty, and stakeholders, and provide consultation and instructional services to labs on data storage plans. You will also collaborate with other HMS IT groups to establish well-defined data management workflows that support FAIR data principles.

About the Opportunity:

This is a hybrid position that requires occasional work outside of normal business hours. You will report to the Assistant Director, RDM, and work closely with the RDM team to build, monitor, and maintain the integrity of data management workflows. Your responsibilities will include data management consultation and support, operational support and process improvement, tool development and maintenance, and leading and organizing RDM trainings. Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
