Assembly Associate

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Associate to join our team at Cummins Inc. in a 2nd shift role. As an Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that components are assembled accurately and efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform precision assembly tasks to meet high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that all products meet Cummins' stringent quality requirements.
- Identify and control non-conforming materials to maintain product quality.
- Operate manual and automated equipment efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members and support teams to achieve production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- Ability to work within heights and pass physical for breathable air equipment.
- Willingness to work evening shift with some overtime.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
