Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing general acute care for a mix of medical and surgical patients. Our unit's patient population should be no greater than 65% medical or 65% surgical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
