Position Overview:
- Seeking a skilled HVAC Specialist for Maintenance, Service, and Installation roles.
- The position involves working in various locations within the service area.
- Candidates should possess 3 to 10 years of experience in Residential HVAC.
What We Provide:
- Competitive compensation based on experience, with top earners making $22, $28, and $30+ per hour.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Valid social security number.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- EPA Certification is mandatory.
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Install, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential clients.
- Diagnose and rectify issues with electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
- Execute all HVACR tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine HVACR service tasks independently without direct supervision.
- Travel to various job sites and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedules and communicate any delays to clients.
- Be available for on-call duties during nights or weekends to address emergency service needs.
- Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained, including refueling, reporting mechanical issues, and completing monthly vehicle inspection reports.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Capability to lift heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed.
- Comfortable working at heights, both indoors and outdoors, and around moving equipment safely.
