Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Brandon, FL. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.
  • Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of AC systems.
  • Conduct all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Perform routine HVACR service activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance.
  • Travel to job sites in a service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
  • Be available to work nights or weekends on a rotating basis to service emergency needs of customers.
  • Maintain good working order of company vehicles, including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection forms.

Requirements
  • Must have 3 to 10 years of residential HVAC experience.
  • Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Valid social security number.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • EPA Certification is required.
  • OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required.
