Job Description

ChampionX is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving complex customer complaints, and ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails to the customer service team
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by end-users and escalated by employees
  • Clearly and accurately document issues and resolutions
  • Provide initial training to new customers on the capabilities of the SOOFIE system
  • Contribute to the department's continuous improvement culture
  • May coach less experienced customer service representatives

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence required
  • 1 year of prior small part or electronic assembly experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good math skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
