Job Title: Senior Security Training

Centene is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Training professional to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security awareness and training programs to educate our workforce on security threats and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive a comprehensive awareness and training roadmap for Information Security to ensure Centene employees understand their roles in cybersecurity and information protection.
  • Execute enterprise training and awareness programs to educate employees on security threats and best practices.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and deploy communications, awareness campaigns, and security resources for employees on all topics related to cybersecurity and information protection.
  • Leverage vendor-supplied courses to customize and deploy information security training and awareness programs.
  • Track and report metrics on behavior change management systems, applications, and tools available to assess risk.
  • Support leadership by creating presentations on security risks, accomplishments, key initiatives, and security metrics.
  • Respond to user inquiries on the Centene SECURE mailbox.
  • Create high-quality content, video scripts, articles, newsletters, posters, presentations, and other forms of security-related content.
  • Develop and communicate a clear training and professional development curriculum with regular monitoring and evaluation, including high-risk workforce members using risk platforms or other tools available for this purpose.
  • Mentor other team members to build their writing abilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Writing, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security or a related field.
  • GIAC-GISP, CCAP, CSAP, CISSP certifications preferred.
