Job Summary

Nuss Truck & Equipment is seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to factory and dealership specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs
  • Remove and replace damaged body parts, including fenders, panels, and grills
  • Fill depressions with body filler and sand repaired surfaces
  • Refinish repaired surfaces using paint spray guns and sanders
  • Aim headlights, align wheels, and bleed hydraulic brake systems
  • Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
  • Clean tools, equipment, and shop areas
  • Complete service reports and other documentation as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in an auto body environment or related experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English
  • Excellent time management skills
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding position that requires standing for 8-10 hours per shift, lifting and transporting parts weighing up to 70 pounds, and exposure to noise, dust, and exhaust fumes.
