Emergency Room Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Seton Medical Center Hays. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessing and coordinating patient care plans.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, including collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
