Nurturing Assistant for Young Children

We are looking for a Nurturing Assistant to provide exceptional care to young children in our Part-time Toddler Care program at Wyndy LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Responsibilities and ExpectationsYour primary responsibility will be to create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters social, emotional, and intellectual growth in the children. You will work closely with other caregivers to develop and implement engaging activities and play-based learning experiences that promote learning and development.
You will be expected to maintain accurate records of the children's progress, participate in regular staff meetings, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. A successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children.
