Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Compounder to join our team in Hamilton, Ohio. As a Compounder, you will be responsible for compounding in a flavors manufacturing facility, operating machinery that mixes and grinds raw materials to produce compounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow batch sheets to mix raw materials in large blending tanks
  • Test in-process material to ensure quality
  • Operate machinery to grind and mix raw materials
  • Work in a GMP, SOP, FDA regulated environment
  • Manually lift bags of raw material on a daily basis
Requirements
  • Blending and batching experience
  • Formulation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
