Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality/No Harm: Ensure safe and effective medication administration, delegation, and supervision of patient care activities. Utilize Health First computer systems for order entry, inquiry, and patient documentation.
  • Customer Experience: Provide patient education, service with sensitivity and respect, and contribute to positive patient satisfaction scores.
  • Stewardship: Use equipment and supplies economically.
